The CRM Solutions Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, facilitating the ongoing improvement and optimization of the organization's CRM platform. This position requires a deep understanding of Creatio functionality and the ability to align it with specific business needs. The role focuses on enhancing CRM processes, supporting end-users, and driving system adoption to maximize value and efficiency.This position offers a hybrid work option. Nelnet values flexibility and understands the importance of work-life integration. Our hybrid work environment allows associates living within 30 miles of an office location to work remotely for part of the week, while also fostering collaboration and team connection through in-office presence three days per week.
Job Responsibilities:
Critical CRM System Management:
Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and translate business needs into actionable specifications.
Configure and customize Creatio to meet business requirements.
Support implementation and maintenance, including data migration and integrations.
Evaluate and optimize the CRM system's effectiveness and automate processes.
User Support and Adoption:
Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance.
Increase user adoption through training, communication, and documentation.
Gather user feedback for iterative system improvements.
Process Improvement and Change Management:
Identify and implement process improvements and system optimizations.
Support change management for system upgrades and transitions.
Analyze workflows to align with organizational goals and best practices.
Project Collaboration and Communication:
Assist with roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and release management.
Manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Collaborate across teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CRM systems or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of Creatio functionality and no-code automation capabilities.
Experience in CRM workflow and automation best practices.
Familiarity with system administration and security, including user management, permissions, and data access.
Demonstrated ability to deliver frequent, high business-value features.

Skilled in workflow analysis, system optimization, and process automation.
Ability to monitor performance and resolve technical issues.
Knowledge of change management and prioritization methodologies.
Creatio certifications (e.g., Analyst, Product Expert) are highly desirable.

Pay range for this role is $80,000-$95,000 annually, depending on experience.
