You will lead efforts to grow and retain GCash users by bringing back inactive or less active users. This role focuses on using data to create strategies, run campaigns, and improve user experience to increase app usage and transactions.
You will be responsible for the following:
Create strategies to drive user reactivation and retention based on data insights
Monitor and achieve key business metrics related to user growth and activity
Work closely with Digital Experience and Marketing teams to improve in-app journeys and campaigns
Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns and go-to-market initiatives
Ensure all programs follow retention and resurrection guidelines and best practices
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on results
Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives
We are looking for:
At least 2 years of experience in Customer Lifecycle, CRM, Customer Engagement, or similar roles
Experience in fast-paced industries such as tech, fintech, telco, or app-based companies
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making
Good understanding of customer behavior and engagement strategies
Experience in campaign execution, product, or go-to-market initiatives is a plus
Knowledge of SQL or other data tools is an advantage
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Able to adapt quickly and adjust plans based on performance
Open to feedback and willing to learn and improve
