Who you’ll be working with:
If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Cost Management Enablement: Establish and operate the VMO cost management discipline, aligned to portfolio, delivery, and shared services contexts. Translate Finance-provided budgets, rates, and actuals into tribe-, initiative-, and service-level cost views.
- Cost Governance Framework: Define and maintain the cost governance framework within VMO scope. Establish decision thresholds and escalation criteria for material cost impacts.
- Shared Services Cost Modelling: Design and maintain shared services cost models in partnership with service owners and Finance, covering: Cost drivers and assumptions, Fixed vs variable components, Unit economics (e.g., cost per service, transaction, user, or demand)
- Tribe-Level Cost Itemization & Attribution: Define standardized cost items per tribe, including: Delivery capacity and resourcing, Platforms, tooling, and licenses, Security, compliance, and assurance services.
- Show back & Chargeback Advisory: Design show back mechanisms to provide transparent, comparable cost visibility to tribes.
We’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Management, Information Systems, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Experience in cost management or financial modelling in delivery, product, or shared services environments. Portfolio, value management, or performance management roles.
- Experience translating financial data into operational and delivery insights. Governance, impact analysis, or decision-support roles in complex organizations
- Professional Certifications: Value Management, Portfolio Management, or Financial Management certifications
- Agile, SAFe, or delivery-management credentials. Data, analytics, or measurement-related certifications
