Supply Planning Specialist

We’re looking for a Supply Planning Specialist to own and optimize our global hardware supply plan, and support strategic supply initiatives across the entire network when needed. In this role, you’ll be responsible for translating commercial demand into executable supply plans, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring our global inventory strategy is executed flawlessly. As our business continues to scale across regions and product lines, this role will be critical in ensuring we can support merchant growth with high service levels and optimal working capital. You’ll be responsible for tracking supply performance, managing lead times, and ensuring tight alignment between supplier capabilities and our internal service expectations.

This role will work cross-functionally with Suppliers, Demand Planning, Warehouse & Logistics, Operations Analytics, and Product teams. You’ll help bring structure to the way we manage our supply base, influence suppliers, and drive process improvements that increase on-time delivery (OTD) and supply chain efficiency. You’ll be stepping into a planning function that continues to mature -with the opportunity to shape how we scale our supply capabilities across a diverse and fast-growing network. We’re looking for someone who can assess what’s in place today, identify opportunities for improvement, and help evolve Supply Chain capabilities.

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain the detailed monthly supply plan and long-term supply outlook based on the Demand Plan, ensuring feasibility and alignment with inventory targets.
  • Be the day-to-day operational point of contact for key hardware suppliers. Place Purchase Orders, manage schedules, expedite, and de-expedite as needed to meet business demand.
  • Execute the inventory strategy across warehouses, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet service targets while minimizing excess and obsolete (E&O) risk.
  • Track and report on key supply KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), lead time adherence, and vendor performance. Proactively identify and mitigate supply risks (e.g., component shortages, logistics bottlenecks).
  • Provide critical input into the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by quantifying supply constraints, capacity limitations, and translating planned changes into concrete operational schedules.
  • Identify and drive improvements in planning processes and systems to increase the efficiency and responsiveness of our supply chain.

Who you are

  • You have at least 2-3 years of proven Supply Planning, Production Planning, or Materials Management experience within a high-growth hardware or tech environment.
  • You are data driven and are able to combine multiple data sources into comprehensive insights that drive business decisions.
  • You are adept at managing external supplier relationships, holding them accountable to contracts and operational expectations.
  • You can clearly articulate supply constraints, risks, and proposed solutions to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and are able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • You are a self-starter who is able to initiate and drive change.
  • You have a global mindset, able to work across countries and cultures.
  • You are hands-on and motivated to engage in existing processes and manage stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
