We are seeking a proactive and strategic Partnership Manager to develop and expand PayU’s ecosystem. The ideal candidate will specialize in identifying, negotiating, contracting, and establishing seamless processes with leading eCommerce platforms, shop development companies, studios, and market-specific online marketplaces. This role is pivotal in building strategic alliances that contribute to PayU’s market growth and platform integration initiatives. This is a target-driven role requiring strong interpersonal skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.


Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value merchants.

·       Develop a pipeline of potential partners in the eCommerce ecosystem and related tech sectors.

·       Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with PayU’s strategic goals.

·       Monitor partnership health and deliver regular performance reports.

·       Collaborate internally to align partnership initiatives with overall business goals.

·       Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Operations) to deliver optimal client outcomes.

·       Resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

·       Stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.

 

Qualifications and Experience:

·       Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

·       4+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliance roles—preferably within fintech, eCommerce, payment solutions, or tech platforms.

·       Proven track record in negotiating and closing partnership agreements.

·       Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, web development studios, and online marketplaces.

·       Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

·       Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across regions.

·       Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management platforms.

 

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

              Experience working in a global organization and managing accounts across multiple regions

              Knowledge of emerging payment technologies, APIs, and platform integrations.

              Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

              Ability to analyze market trends and leverage insights for strategic growth.

              Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

              Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
