Here's how you'll put your skills into action
- Collections Management Expertise: Skilled in managing end-to-end debt collection processes, ensuring performance delivery and compliance with KPIs and company standards.
- People Leadership: Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams to achieve results through engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Vendor and Partnership Management: Strong relationship management and negotiation skills to drive performance with external debt collection agencies and third-party suppliers.
- Strategic Execution: Capable of planning and overseeing debt sale processes, ensuring effective coordination, compliance, and value realization.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using performance analytics and reporting to track outcomes, identify trends, and support operational decisions.
- Performance Motivation: Experienced in designing incentive schemes that align team goals with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Process Optimization: Adept at using automation and data insights to enhance efficiency, streamline reminder activities, and improve customer experience.
- Regulatory Compliance: Strong understanding of legal, regulatory, and governance requirements to ensure ethical and compliant operations.
- Commercial Acumen: Skilled in supplier management and cost control to ensure quality, efficiency, and return on investment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Effective at partnering with risk, credit, and customer service teams to strengthen the overall customer lifecycle and business performance.

- Advanced Excel user; SQL knowledge is a plus.

- Fluent in both Czech and English language
We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success
- Proven track record leading collections teams and managing end-to-end recovery processes, ideally in financial services or consumer credit.
- Experience collaborating with third-party agencies or outsourced partners to drive results.
- Familiarity with compliance and credit risk management practices is an advantage.
