How do we work?
Join our newly forming Organic Team in Warsaw! You and the SEO/Organic Traffic Specialist will both be integral parts of our global Marketing Team. You will lead OANDA’s organic search strategy and create sustainable growth in traffic across multiple owned channels.
We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the Warsaw office twice a week.
In this role, you will:
Develop and execute a data-driven, innovative, measurable and accountable SEO strategy, across multiple OANDA properties and geos.
Plan and manage of a substantial global SEO budget.
Manage and optimise SEO tools and tech, drive AI-aware solutions to capture search demand throughout user journey and across multi-channel.
Collaborate with other Performance Marketing Team Leads to ensure SEO strategy is aligned with overall SEM strategy, and continually optimise performance through a thorough reviewing performance, analysing Google updates
Manage SEO agencies - briefing, creative validation, and drive the agency on creating, optimising and reporting on SEO campaigns.
Responsible for driving ASO initiatives across a range of internal stakeholders.
Work with martech and Analytics Team to create operational and commercial reporting suite with ability to attribute contribution of organic channels to overall acquisition and client revenue.
Establish and own key SEO performance metrics (KPIs), create detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders to communicate progress, insights, and strategic recommendations.
What skillset you need, to be successful in this role?
Min. 5 years of experience in both technical and content SEO, working on large-scale, multi-lingual websites.
Comprehensive knowledge of SEO tactics and a commitment to staying current with Google algorithm updates.
Working experience of SEO tools (e.g., GSC, Screamingfrog, Semrush) and applications (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Demonstrable technical experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Fluent English.
Strong commercial focus with excellent analytical, forecasting, and negotiating skills.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, particularly with senior leadership.
Positive attitude, flexible nature, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
Nice to have:
Global experience in highly regulated markets.
Google Analytics IQ certification.
Expertise in analyzing complex data sets (SQL proficiency is desirable).
