Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SAP MM configurations
- Design and manage Master Data strategies for Material Master, Vendor Master, Service Master, and Info Records to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
- Design functional specifications for custom developments (WRICEF), specifically focusing on MM solutions and external Source-to-Pay (S2P) platforms.
- Lead business blueprinting workshops to gather requirements from finance stakeholders and map them to standard SAP best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root-cause analysis for complex financial discrepancies or interface failures.
- Optimize Procurement processes, including Purchase Requisitions, RFx, Purchase Orders, Outline Agreements, and Release Procedures.
- Conduct Systems Integration Testing (SIT), and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the solutions adhere to the functional specifications and compliance standards.
- Provide end-user training and create detailed functional documentation to empower the Purchasing team to better utilize SAP solutions.
