You will be responsible for the following:
Lead daily bank-to-wallet reconciliation, ensuring all fund movements are accurate, complete, and recorded within defined SLAs.
Monitor, analyze, and manage floating transactions, ensuring timely identification, investigation, and resolution to prevent financial risk and customer impact.
Validate daily transaction postings and balances across bank, wallet, and book systems to ensure data integrity.
Investigate reconciling items, coordinate with internal teams, and drive timely resolution of discrepancies.
Monitor unresolved float items, perform aging analysis, and escalate long-standing or high-risk items to relevant stakeholders.
Establish or maintain strong reconciliation controls frameworks to prevent posting delays, duplication, omissions, or misallocations of funds.
Continuously review reconciliation processes to identify control gaps, operational risks, and efficiency improvement opportunities.
Enhance monitoring tools, dashboards, and trackers to improve visibility, accuracy, and timeliness.
Ensure proper documentation of processes, controls, and exception handling procedures.
Work closely with Treasury and Wallet Operations teams to resolve system or operational gaps impacting reconciliation and float management.
Provide regular reporting and insights to management on reconciliation status, float exposure, and operational risks.
Lead the team to drive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support month-end closing and audit activities, ensuring reconciliation completeness and accuracy.
