We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to spearhead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and surpass sales targets—both from existing accounts and new business. In this fast-evolving industry, your strategic insight and leadership will be instrumental in shaping our success.

What will you do:- Develop, validate, and oversee the execution of sales budgets and financial forecasts aligned with corporate objectives and strategic priorities.
- Design, implement, and drive innovative commercial strategies that reflect our broader business vision and strengthen our market position.
- Establish and maintain a robust sales cadence based on key KPIs within the sales organization.
- Introduce and institutionalize advanced sales methodologies to optimize performance, increase efficiency, and accelerate revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance, methodologies, costs, and outcomes to enable continuous optimization through data-driven decision-making.
- Define and execute the sales strategy, set clear objectives, and develop a competitive pricing framework to maximize market penetration and profitability.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to the commercial team within PayU CEE, ensuring seamless execution and operational excellence.
- Set and oversee short-term and long-term strategic goals, policies, and operational procedures to support sustainable business growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team by attracting top talent and cultivating a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Mentor and coach team members, fostering ongoing professional development and leadership growth.
- Monitor sales performance against KPIs and service quality standards, ensuring exceptional execution.
- Represent our organization at industry forums, business conferences, and community events to enhance brand presence and uncover new opportunities.
- Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging market dynamics, proactively identifying risks and opportunities within the payments and FinTech landscape.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, marketing, and account management teams to ensure alignment and synergy across all business functions.
What we are looking for:- 5+ years of sales management experience with a proven record of driving new sales and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of the payments industry and related sectors.
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
- Experience with sales tools and strategies to boost new business acquisition.
- Expertise in budget management, forecasting, pricing, and account profitability analysis.
- Excellent management, communication, and adaptability skills.
- Influential leader capable of motivating teams and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to create detailed reports, presentations, business cases, and action plans
- Passion for technology, e-commerce, FinTech, and digital trends (beyond payments).
