The Incident Management Lead is responsible for overseeing enterprise-wide incidents and ensuring that root causes are addressed, and action plans are implemented to mitigate risks. You will provide insights on the company’s risk exposures to senior management and the board, enabling informed risk management decisions.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Validate operational and technology risk incidents and review details for accuracy.

  • Facilitate root cause analysis and coordinate with stakeholders for investigations as needed.

  • Support incident investigations, including participating in briefings or war rooms.

  • Liaise with business units to remediate incidents and improve overall risk health and control environment.

  • Monitor action plans addressing reported incidents and propose improvements to processes or controls.

  • Assist business units in tracking key risks, issues, and action item implementations.

  • Prepare reports for senior management and board committees.

  • Assist in developing and reviewing incident management policies and standards.

  • Escalate key risks and potential non-compliance incidents to ensure effective management.

  • Perform other duties related to the role as required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in financial services or fintech, handling risk, incident management, data analysis, or controls.

  • Good understanding of process management, internal controls, and risk management.

  • High level of integrity and accountability for results.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with minimal supervision.
