Who you’ll be working with:

If you have a strong background in IT, computer science, or software engineering, and are analytical, technologically savvy, solutions and process-focused, then the Technology & Operations team may be for you!

You’ll be responsible for the following:

1. Risk Assessment:

• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential IT risks.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing risk mitigation measures.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  

2. Compliance Management:

• Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of regulatory requirements.
• Assess the organization's compliance status, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, operations, and risk management teams.
• Interpret regulatory requirements and provide guidance on compliance-related matters.

4. Regulatory Monitoring:

• Monitor changes in regulatory environments.
• Update internal policies and procedures accordingly to ensure timely and effective compliance.
