FloQast is looking for a skilled and driven Project Manager to join our growing Professional Services team. In this role, you’ll help accounting teams from high-growth and enterprise companies successfully implement our industry-leading accounting workflow automation platform. You’ll lead client projects from kickoff through go-live, coordinating timelines, guiding deliverables, and driving customer success alongside our Accounting Technology Consultants (ATC’s).


This is an ideal opportunity for someone with prior SaaS implementation experience—particularly in accounting or financial systems—who is ready to own client relationships, streamline execution, and influence how we scale delivery. You’ll work cross-functionally, handle ambiguity with confidence, and help build the next generation of operational excellence at FloQast.

This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday). Starting in 2026, we plan to expand to 4 days per week, adding Mondays.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage implementation projects for upmarket and strategic customers, ensuring milestones are achieved on time and within scope with appropriate support.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of project plans, internal/external timelines, and client-facing status reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project communications with internal and client stakeholders, escalating issues as needed.
  • Drive project progress and support FloQast adoption across all purchased modules with guidance from senior team members.
  • Partner with assigned ATCs or Partner Implementation Consultants to coordinate task execution and provide timely, responsive support to clients.
  • Participate in pre-sale conversations as needed to align scope and timing expectations.
  • Support continuous improvement of implementation processes by sharing feedback and participating in retrospectives
  • Coach and provide feedback to ATCs serving as setup leads on your projects to ensure a consistent and high-quality client experience.
  • Track time diligently and manage multiple projects and priorities with effective organization and communication.
  • Build foundational skills in client relationship management, issue resolution, and internal cross-functional collaboration.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals


What You'll Bring:
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills—including with executive audiences.
  • A consultative mindset and strong business acumen to connect FloQast functionality to customer goals.
  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, project management, accounting systems, or B2B SaaS onboarding.
  • Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with a bias toward action and a willingness to ask for clarity when needed.
  • PMP certification (or equivalent project management credential such as Prince2 or PMI-ACP)


Nice-to-haves:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Understanding of accounting processes and workflows; public accounting experience is a plus.
  • CPA preferred or CPA-eligible.

The base pay range for this position is $91,000 - $137,000.  This position may be eligible for a bonus plan in addition to base pay. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
