What you’ll do
As a Copywriter on our Creative Team, you’ll play a key role in crafting conversion-optimized messaging across paid social —with a primary focus on writing scripts for short-form video ads, static ads, and post copy. You’ll support some of the most ambitious equity crowdfunding campaigns and collaborate across functions to bring each idea to life.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Write High-Converting Video Scripts: Craft performance-driven short-form scripts (15–60s) for platforms like Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn—tailored for voiceover and on-screen delivery.
- Create Compelling Copy for Static Ads: Write punchy, clear in-image headlines and subheads that drive clicks and attention across paid social and display placements.
- Develop Post Copy for Video & Static Assets: Craft platform-native post copy that complements each asset and resonates with specific funnel stages and audiences.
- Translate Creative Briefs into Strategic Messaging: Use briefs and brand guidelines to develop messaging that’s aligned with campaign goals—and built to perform.
- Support Variant Testing & Modular Messaging: Write testing variants (hooks, CTAs, intros) for iterative campaigns, and contribute to modular frameworks for scalable creative.
- Collaborate Across Creative Functions: Work closely with creative strategists, designers, and video editors to ensure messaging and visuals are tightly aligned.
- Leverage AI Tools for Efficiency & Ideation: Use tools like ChatGPT to streamline drafting, generate alternate angles, and accelerate early-stage writing—while refining outputs to meet brand tone.
- Maintain Copy Consistency & Documentation: Contribute to internal copy libraries and naming systems that help keep our work clear, fast, and scalable.
