How do we work?
Join our newly forming Organic Team in Warsaw! You and the SEO Manager will both be integral parts of our global Marketing Team. You will responsible for OANDA’s organic search strategy and create sustainable growth in traffic across multiple owned channels.
We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the Warsaw office twice a week.
In this role, you will:
SEO:
Help to develop and execute a data-driven, innovative and measurable SEO strategy, across multiple OANDA properties and geos.
Collaborate with other Performance Marketing Team Leads to ensure SEO strategy is aligned with overall SEM strategy.
Create, prioritise and deliver the technical SEO backlog in conjunction with the in-house Product and Development Teams.
Cooperate with SEO agencies - briefing, creative validation, and drive the agency on creating, optimising and reporting on SEO campaigns.
Continually optimise performance through a thorough reviewing performance, analysing Google updates, etc. using a number of SEO monitoring tools.
Champion E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles by working with Content Creators and Subject Matter Experts to ensure our content is accurate, authoritative, and meets user needs.
ASO:
Lead the comprehensive ASO strategy for iOS/Android apps to maximize organic visibility globally.
Manage all metadata and creative assets; execute and analyze A/B tests to boost conversion rates.
Monitor app ratings and reviews; track key ASO metrics and provide actionable performance reports to stakeholders.
What skillset you need, to be successful in this role?
Min. 2 years proven experience in SEO, working on large scale, multi-lingual websites in both a technical and content capacity.
Comprehensive knowledge of SEO tactics, and commitment to keep this up-to-date.
Working experience of SEO tools - crawlers, link checkers, etc.
Demonstrable experience consulting on website audits, backlinks and migrations.
Understanding of Google Search Console, Screamingfrog, Semrush, Ahrefs, Similarweb, Vertex AI, Jira, Confluence and similar applications.
Knowledge of ASO and organic channel optimization ( iOS and Android).
Fluent English.
Positive attitude, flexible nature, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
