Defines and executes the strategy to accelerate usage and growth of online and offline CICO across GCash partners
Regularly analyzes key product metrics, conducts root cause analysis on emerging trends, and rapidly identifies and implements solutions
Leads the development of business cases for new products and features, rigorously assessing revenue potential, cost implications, and overall financial viability
Owns the product roadmap in partnership with Product Owners, ensuring launches are well-supported and collaborating with enabling teams to deliver best-in-class end-to-end customer experience and launch readiness
Designs and implements data-driven marketing initiatives, acting as a key liaison between cross-functional internal teams and external partners
