Legal Operations Manager

As part of our journey, we’re looking for a Legal Operations Manager — a strategic and hands-on professional who will drive the transformation of our Legal & Compliance function through technology, automation, and process excellence.

What You’ll Do

You will own and lead legal operations across the business — designing and implementing digital tools, optimising workflows, and enabling Legal and Compliance teams to operate efficiently, consistently, and at scale.

Acting as a key partner to Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders, you will bring structure, innovation, and data-driven thinking to improve processes, reduce risk, and support faster, smarter decision-making across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage legal operations initiatives, including implementation of legal technology, automation solutions, and process improvements across the Legal & Compliance function.

• Design and optimise end-to-end legal workflows, ensuring processes are standardised, scalable, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

• Drive automation and digitalisation of legal processes, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency and control.

• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement.

• Collaborate closely with Legal, Compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment on priorities, projects, and regulatory requirements.

• Own governance processes for Management and Supervisory Boards, including meeting coordination, documentation, approvals, and decision tracking.

• Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and knowledge management systems to ensure transparency and ease of navigation across legal processes.

Knowledge & Experience

• Proven experience in legal operations, process optimisation, or similar roles within a corporate, legal, or financial services environment.

• Strong understanding of legal processes, governance, and compliance frameworks.

• Experience leading projects end-to-end, including implementation of systems or process changes.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions.

• Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience in KPI tracking and performance monitoring.

• Fluency in written and spoken English.

• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to improve processes and introduce innovation.
