You will join the Global Strategic Partnerships team, responsible for developing scalable digital distribution channels and strategic partner ecosystems across IPF Digital markets.
The team focuses on expanding high-quality customer acquisition through partnerships, affiliate networks, and technology-enabled integrations that support sustainable growth.
This role is based in Estonia, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital and Provident operations and markets.
Channel Strategy and Growth: Develop and execute a multi-market strategy for the affiliate and loan aggregator channel across Poland, Romania, Hungary and Czechia, increasing high-quality customer acquisition and strengthening the channel’s contribution to overall sales performance.
Partner Integration and Technology Enablement: Drive the roadmap for API-based integrations with affiliate networks and loan comparison platforms, ensuring scalable, secure and efficient connectivity between external partners and our internal lending platforms.
Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate and onboard high-potential affiliate networks, publishers and aggregator platforms, expanding sustainable lead sources and building a diverse ecosystem of performance-driven partners.
Sales Performance Optimisation: Analyse the full conversion funnel—from lead generation through application, approval and loan disbursement—to identify optimisation opportunities that improve conversion rates, reduce customer drop-off and increase profitable loan volumes.
Commercial and Revenue Optimisation: Design and refine remuneration structures, CPA models and commercial agreements that balance strong partner incentives with sustainable profitability and long-term channel growth.
Market Insight and Competitive Intelligence: Monitor developments within the affiliate ecosystem, competitor partnerships and industry trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations that inform channel strategy and product positioning.
Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.
Proven experience managing affiliate, broker or loan aggregator sales channels within consumer finance, fintech or digital lending environments.
Strong commercial negotiation skills and experience building long-term partnerships with external platforms, publishers or networks.
Analytical capability to interpret performance data, conversion funnels and channel profitability using tools such as Excel and BI dashboards.
Experience working with API-based integrations or digital partner connectivity models in a commercial or operational capacity.
Ability to operate effectively in a cross-market, international environment and influence stakeholders across product, technology, marketing and risk teams.
