Facilitate role calibration with the hiring team in partnership with Sourcing team to better understand new role requirement.
Facilitate full-blown candidate interview; validate sourcing info, gauge skills and experience if fit, set expectations on the process and give overview on the RNR
Endorsed qualified and shortlisted candidate to the hiring team
Upon endorsement, coordinate available schedule of the Hiring team
and align to candidates for confirmation
Request formal documentation of candidate's compensation and
benefits for salary review and computation purposes
Seek approval of Salary review computation (TA Manager, TA Head,
HRBP, TR and HR Head
Prepare draft of approved Job Offer and facilitate presentation of Job
Offer Sheet to the candidate
Stakeholder Management
Escalations and stakeholder commendations
Endorse recent offer accept-candidates to the Onboarding team for the onboarding process
Prepare draft of Employment Contract subject for Peer review and for signature to HR Head and to candidates
