This role on new financial product processes and improvements. Responsible for fixing the current and the to be process across finance. Handles evaluation of process readiness and yearly review of the different process in customer funds management. In charge of change management activities, project monitorings and process management within customer funds management.
Process Management - Manages and oversee the different process flows in terms of fund flow, service level agreements, policies, E2E Manuals and desktop procedures.
Change Initiatives - sole responsible person for establishing changes within CFM, managing the end-to-end journey of the change management process
Performance Evaluation- Assess the success of changes post-implementation, documenting results, and recommending necessary interventions to leaders as required
Stakeholder Management - Coordinating with various internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of processes involving customer funds management. This includes communication externally (Partner) and internally (usually business, tech, operation heads)
Risk Management - Relays to management findings on process gaps, evaluation of recommended processes and risk evaluations to improve processes
Governance - Supports the team to by following SLAs, adhering to policies and any related governance items required by different stakeholders
Business Reporting - Reports to management progress of different change initiatives and process management reviews
Job Qualifications
Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in any Accountancy, Management Accounting, or any finance-related courses
Must have more than 5 years of experience with a proven change/process management record
High level of proficiency in automation tools
Preferably with finance transformation, project management, lean management or consultancy experience
Preferably with certification in relation to accounting/finance, project management or lean management (at least green belt)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible and can adapt to changes
Keen to details and has the ability to analyze transactions
Good presentation and collaboration skills
Willingness to learn automation tools
