Voice of the Customer Program Management

  • Develops and implements a comprehensive Voice of the Customer program to gather, analyze, and report on customer feedback.
  • Ensures that VoC initiatives are aligned with the organization's strategic goals and customer experience objectives.

Data Collection and Analysis

  • Designs and manages surveys and other methods to collect customer feedback across various channels.
  • Analyzes data to identify key trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement.

Actionable Insights and Reporting

  • Transforms customer feedback into actionable insights and recommendations for improving products, services, and customer interactions.
  • Prepares and presents detailed reports to internal and external stakeholders, highlighting key findings and strategic implications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Facilitates cross-departmental initiatives to address customer feedback and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Engages with internal and external stakeholders to promote the importance and value of the Voice of the Customer program.
