Responsibilities
Ensure all balance sheet and key account schedules are prepared, maintained, and reconciled on a timely basis to support the integrity of financial reporting.
Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies.
Provide guidance on complex accounting issues and new accounting pronouncements, ensuring appropriate treatment and documentation.
Ensure compliance with external reporting requirements and other statutory or regulatory obligations as applicable.
Partner with other departments to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data and reporting alignment.
Identify opportunities to enhance processes and tools that improve financial accuracy, efficiency, and reporting quality.
Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment.
