Who you are
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Junior GTM Specialist to join our marketing team at DealMaker. This role will be responsible for supporting our go-to-market operations across CRM optimization, digital marketing campaigns, and sales enablement initiatives that drive both brand awareness and demand generation.
What You'll Do
CRM & Marketing Technology
- Maintain and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot) including data hygiene, lead scoring, and automation workflows
- Support marketing automation campaigns for lead nurturing, customer onboarding, and retention programs
- Manage integration between marketing tools and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and support AI initiatives to drive efficiency and extend capabilities
- Create and maintain performance dashboards for campaign metrics, lead quality, and conversion tracking
- Execute A/B testing initiatives for email campaigns, landing pages, and lead generation forms
Campaign Support & Execution
- Assist with digital advertising campaign setup and optimization across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and industry publications
- Support webinar and event marketing logistics, including registration management and follow-up sequences
- Create and maintain marketing collateral templates, email sequences, and sales enablement materials
- Coordinate campaign launches for new product features, case studies, and thought leadership content
- Support content marketing initiatives including blog promotion and social media amplification
Sales Enablement & Operations
- Maintain sales collateral repository and ensure materials stay current with product updates and market changes
- Support development of sales training materials, including competitive battlecards and objection handling guides
- Manage lead routing processes and ensure proper lead distribution to sales teams
- Track and report on sales/marketing alignment metrics including lead quality scores and conversion rates
- Collaborate with customer success team on onboarding materials and retention campaign development
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
- Generate regular reports on GTM initiatives and their impact on business objectives
- Support data-driven decision making through comprehensive analysis and insights
- Maintain documentation of processes, workflows, and best practices
What You Have
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, demand generation, or related GTM role
- Proven experience with CRM management and marketing automation platforms
- Experience supporting multi-channel marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives

Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar)
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, reporting dashboards, or BI tools)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads) preferred
- Basic understanding of web platforms (Webflow, WordPress) preferred
- Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) preferred
