What you will be doing:
  • Drive the operating cadence (weekly/MBR/QBR mechanics): agendas, prep, notes, and ensuring follow-ups always happen on time.
  • Be the hub for Product Ops execution: keep plans, decisions, and next steps consistent and up to date.
  • Enable release coordination clarity for product leaders and stakeholders; align milestones and readiness reviews.
  • Drive operational clarity: maintain simple templates, checklists, and a single source of truth so teams know what’s happening and when.
  • Support cross-functional coordination around dependencies, change windows, and readiness—removing blockers and keeping everyone aligned.
  • Help document and templatize Product Ops practices as we continue to institutionalize how we work.

What you will bring:
  • 3–5 years of Product Ops / program operations experience in a SaaS context (B2B or Enterprise SaaS preferred).
  • A knack for making complex cross-functional work feel organized, predictable, and calm.
  • Clear, concise written communication; dependable follow-through.
  • Comfortable partnering with senior leaders across R&D and GTM
  • Practical fluency with collaboration tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence/Notion/SharePoint) and structured docs/templates.
  • Sound judgment; knows when to escalate, when to decide, and when to simplify.
  • Bias for process that serves outcomes—lightweight, repeatable, documented.
