Join our dynamic and multicultural Regional Controlling Team as a Financial Controller, where you’ll take the lead on OPEX cost topics across the EMEA region. What You’ll Do:
  • Be a valued contributor to the Controlling department's daily and strategic activities
  • Own and manage the financial close process, including month-end and year-end activities
  • Lead the OPEX cost planning process across EMEA, supporting departments in building accurate, forward-thinking budgets
  • Serve as a trusted Business Partner to regional teams, offering insights and guidance on cost performance
  • Prepare and analyze monthly OPEX cost reports to drive informed decisions
  • Ensure smooth financial operations by managing expense approvals and invoice processing within budget frameworks
  • Collaborate on the development of streamlined financial tools and reports to support monthly reviews, forecasting, and annual planning
  • Take on new challenges and projects as assigned – your ideas and contributions matter!


What We’re Looking For:
  • A university degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Strong English and Polish language skills (minimum B2 level)
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar Controlling role, or at least 5 years in GL Accounting
  • Advanced skills in Excel, and solid knowledge of Word and PowerPoint
  • A background in financial reporting, controlling, or financial data analysis
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and transforming data into actionable insights
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with SAP FI and CO modules
