RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all entries are posted to the general ledger in an accurate and timely manner and prepare management reports for the assigned sets of books
- Performs monthly accruals, reversals and bank reconciliation
- Performs monthly payment clearing, prepayment schedule of assigned business units
- Prepares financial reports for shareholders and financial statements as required by government regulatory body (SEC)
- Responding to financial inquiries, both external and internal, by gathering and interpreting data
- Liaise with external and internal auditors in statutory and management audits
- Coordinate with all department/business units in analyzing actual figures booked on a monthly basis
QUALIFICATIONS
College Graduate- BS Accountancy
Must be a Certified Public Accountant
With 3-5 years of supervisory experience in Audit/Finance or equivalent
Strong proficiency/familiarity in corporate tax & accounting and all relevant GAAP, IFRS, BIR and SEC rules and regulations.
Excellent team player, strong leadership and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
SAP Literate and Knowledgeable in MS Office esp. excel
