We are currently recruiting for our Fall 2025 internship program. This is a hybrid internship based in Jersey City, NJ, with flexible scheduling to support your academic commitments. The expected start date is September 9, 2025, and the internship will run through mid-December 2025.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with content creation for various communication channels, including press releases, video clips, and social media platforms.
• Assist with the development and execution of Moomoo Foundation’s communication campaigns across various channels with a focus on the US college financial literacy programs.
• Support the planning, logistics, and execution of offline events, such as college seminars.
• Assist with maintaining and updating communication resources and platforms.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the communications team.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master’s degree program in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Creative and resourceful with the ability to develop engaging content.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work in a face-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, etc).
• Experience with event planning and execution is a plus
• Experience and knowledge of working at an NGO is a plus

Through this internship, you will gain hands-on experience and develop skills in:

• Professional writing and editing for multi-channel communications
• Campaign planning and execution, especially around social impact initiatives
• Event coordination and logistics for community-focused programs
• Leveraging content creation tools like Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign
• Understanding internal communications strategy and stakeholder messaging
• Exposure to how communications support corporate social responsibility (CSR) through foundations and NGO partnerships
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, and external partners
