About the Team & Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven, and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee and manage the full procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, vendor partnerships, and the contract management process. This role is responsible for sourcing and supplier management across key categories, such as office supplies, IT equipment and services, and store renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong procurement and project management experience, ensuring optimal supplier selection, robust contract negotiation, and strategic cost management. Fluency in Chinese and the ability to work effectively with international teams will be a plus.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end procurement and contract processes, including need identification, vendor selection, RFPs, negotiation, and contracting.
  • Partner with Legal, IT, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to ensure contracts align with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Source, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers for both core operations and technical infrastructure, including but not limited to office supplies, IT systems and equipment, and store renovation services.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure optimal value.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring service quality, performance tracking, and ongoing cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to support business needs and project goals.
  • Collaborate with Finance to align procurement plans with budget forecasting and cost control goals.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement policies, processes, and systems to enhance procurement efficiency.
  • Support project timelines and milestones for procurement-related initiatives, particularly store renovations.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, with exposure to office supplies, IT procurement, and facility/store renovation projects, ideally in fintech, brokerage, or financial services.
  • Familiarity with ERP/procurement tools.
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Fluency in Chinese and proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Experience working in or with international teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
