Executive, Marketing & Client Experience

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors at the Client Experience Centre, offering basic guidance on app usage, account opening, and available services.
• Provide product overviews using demo stations and digital tools.
• Assist in branch marketing activities by handing out approved marketing materials, helping clients understand ongoing promotions, and encouraging them to explore app features using guided messages approved by the marketing and compliance teams.
• Conduct initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual standards of the store.
• Support inventory tracking, restocking, and distribution of marketing collaterals and devices.
• Gather and report customer feedback and service issues to support continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on platform features, educational content, and campaigns to better support clients.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks or special projects as assigned by management to support business needs.

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Mass Communication, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in retail, banking, fintech, or customer service.
• Strong interest in finance and investment is preferred; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Friendly, confident communicator who is comfortable with mobile apps and digital tools.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese).
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays as per the store’s schedule.

Preferred License(s)

• CMSRL holder - Dealing in Securities, Module 6 & 7
• Unit Trust Consultant - Computerised Unit Trust Examination
