We are seeking a passionate and innovative offline marketing specialist. This position requires the candidate to plan and organize multiple offline marketing activities related to customer acquisition, helping us effectively expand our customer base and enhance brand awareness. Offline marketing plays a critical role in increasing customer engagement, strengthening brand recognition, and driving sales. As an offline marketing specialist, you will be responsible for planning and executing impactful events that not only attract new customers but also align closely with brand activity planning for our upcoming branch stores. We expect the applicant for this position to understand market trends and possess the ability to combine theory with practice. Additionally, you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure successful execution and evaluation of activities. Through effective market research and analysis, you will continuously refine marketing strategies to support the company’s long-term development. Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize offline marketing activities (including location selection) related to customer acquisition to attract new customers
  • Design and implement promotional activities and mechanisms for offline booths and physical stores to enhance customer experience
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and sales, to integrate event strategies into broader business plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each activity, providing data feedback
  • Develop and manage activity budgets to ensure business goals are met
  • Work closely with the sales team to enhance the synergy of offline activities
  • Oversee the promotion and publicity of activities to increase brand exposure
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure smooth execution of activities
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with a preference for majors in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Over 3 years of experience in offline marketing or event planning, with successful cases preferred; resources in shopping mall management and related vendors are a plus.
  • High efficiency and excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keen insight into marketing trends.
  • Chinese and English speaking is preferred.
