How do we work?

Joining us you will be a part of our 4-person Marketing Operations, Programs & Corporates Team which belongs to our global Marketing Team. You will report into the Senior Performance Marketing Manager in London.

You will have an opportunity to use your previous experience in programming and paid social media (across multiple regions, with a particular focus on Asian markets), having access to all the latest marketing tools and technologies, and working directly with major advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, and others. You will be responsible for maximizing return on advertising investment, developing local strategies, and achieving measurable results.

We work in a flexible hybrid working model - we'd love to meet you in the office 4 times per month with respect to your own commitments.

In this role, you will:

  • Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across programmatic display and paid social channels.

  • Define and implement Real-Time Bidding tactics: dynamic floor pricing, budget pacing, bid shading, and seasonal bid adjustments.

  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing for creative, audience segments, bidding logic, and landing page variants.

  • Deliver in-depth analysis post campaign and present strategic optimisation plans with budgets and forecasted performance against KPIs.

  • Collaborate with performance marketing managers to plan and execute budgets to deliver campaigns effectively and efficiently.

What skillset do you need to be successful in this role?

  • Min. 3 years in paid media with a solid grounding in programmatic display.

  • Hands-on experience with Demand-Side Platforms, especially DV360 - other DSPs knowledge is advantageous.

  • Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

  • Fluent English.

  • Strong analytical skills to work with numbers, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed.

  • High attention to detail with an understanding of optimisation levers across biddable platforms.

  • Ability to work in fast-moving, collaborative environments and stay calm under pressure.

Nice to have:

  • Being familiar with such platforms as YouTube, Demand Gen, Twitter, Tik Tok.

  • Experience in financial services.
