The CRM Data Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions for CRM systems, with a focus on Creatio-based back-end development. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integration, and performance across the CRM ecosystem.Project Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines and integrations for CRM systems.
- Lead back-end development efforts on the Creatio platform, including configuration and customization.
- Develop data pipelines for Creatio schemas, business processes, and configuration elements.
System Integration
- Implement and maintain web services (REST/SOAP) for system integrations.
- Utilize OData and DataService APIs for data exchange and system interoperability.
Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with CRM Team, Data Engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and best practices.
Data Governance & Quality
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across CRM-related systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Salary range for this role is: $85,000-$100,000
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in CRM data engineering or back-end development.
- Hands-on experience with Creatio (formerly bpm’online) platform.
- Proficiency in:
• Creatio configuration and development (schemas, objects, business rules)
• Python, C#, and JavaScript for Creatio customization
• SQL and data modeling
• Web services (REST/SOAP)
• Databases: Snowflake and Postgres
• OData and DataService API
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
- Agile/Scrum development experience
- Experience with dbt, Dagster and/or RedPanda
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and ETL tools.
