Job Description

Your Opportunity

As the Client Contracts Administrator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of the end-to-end administration of client agreements within the Cuscal environment. From ensuring that all client contracts are accurate, compliant with regulatory and internal policy requirements your work will make a tangible difference to the businesses and customers that the Australian financial sector serves.

You’ll also make an impact by:

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for contract related queries from internal stakeholders and external clients, providing clear, and professional communication throughout the contract lifecycle.
Coordinate with legal, compliance, client management, and operations teams to resolve administrative contractual issues or disputes.

Contract Administration

Prepare, review, and manage administration of client contracts in accordance with approved templates and policies.
Ensure commercial terms such as fees, service levels, and contractual obligations are clearly identified for entry into the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
Track and manage the administration of existing client contracts, including renewals, variations, amendments, and terminations.
Monitor key contract milestones, expiry dates, and obligations to ensure proactive management.

Client Onboarding & Documentation

Assist to manage contract related documentation required for new client onboarding.
Assist to ensure all client records are complete, accurate, and maintained in line with record-keeping obligations.
Coordinate timely execution of agreements to enable smooth client onboarding

Data Analysis & Reporting

Utilise CLM systems to manage contracts, deadlines, and deliverables.
Maintain accurate contract data and generate reports as required for management or compliance purposes.
Contribute to continuous improvement of contract administration processes and systems.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

2+ years of experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills and excellent stakeholder relationship management
High attention to detail and organisational skills
Proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to manage multiple initiatives at once

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have some of the following:

Experience in the financial services industry and regulatory environment
Formulating administration strategies & concepts
Strategic thinking
