Build and continuously improve sales enablement tools such as pitch decks, ROI calculators, and segment-specific playbooks.
Ensure these tools are complete, user-friendly, and accessible across the ENT sales force.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Legal teams to align solutions with operational and regulatory requirements.
Effectiveness Monitoring & Optimization:
Track adoption and commercial impact of models through metrics like growth, conversion rates, and sales efficiency.
Conduct post-implementation reviews, gather merchant feedback, and refine models accordingly.
Number of B2B Models Created for ENT Segment
Measure the volume of segment-specific, commercially packaged solutions developed.
Model Effectiveness
Evaluate impact through growth in sales velocity, reduction in merchant onboarding effort, and overall business outcomes.
Selling Tool Completeness & Quality
Assess the readiness, clarity, and comprehensiveness of sales toolkits including decks, narratives, and guides.
Segment Translation Effectiveness
Measure model adoption, merchant feedback, and repeatability post-implementation within the ENT segment.
Must-Have:
5+ years of experience in B2B solutioning, business development, product commercialization, trade marketing, or sales.
Experience working with or selling to the ENT segment is highly preferred.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to package products into viable business models.
Excellent communication skills with proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data and refine solutions iteratively.
