Overall Duties and Responsibilities:

- Leads the CRM function, which covers all aspects of direct marketing campaign development and execution, including precision marketing practices, customer lifecycle management, analytics and insight mining, and channel management.

- Collaborates closely with business stakeholders and leadership teams to align on priorities and strategic direction.

- Leads the continuous improvement of CRM processes, practices, tools, and skill sets to drive more effective campaign development, execution, and portfolio optimization.

- Champions the use of customer lifetime value as the north star for all company initiatives, CRM or otherwise.

- Deep understanding of precision marketing frameworks and principles of marketing science.

- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical reasoning.

Deliverables:

- High-performing CRM department that meets customer and financial goals of business stakeholders.

- Customer-centric, value-based culture in the Mynt organization.

Key Result Areas & Performance Indicators:

- Customer: Monthly Active Users, Daily Active Users, Transaction Frequency, Transaction Value.

- Financial: Customer Revenue, Customer Contribution Margin, Customer Lifetime Value.

- Process: Campaign Development Throughput, Campaign Execution SLA Compliance, Campaign Execution Quality.

- People: Creates a highly collaborative culture founded upon principles of Supportive Leadership and Radical Candor.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree, ideally in business, economics, or industrial engineering.

- MBA from a top global program or previous experience in strategy consulting is a plus.

- 10+ years of working experience in marketing, strategy, or analytics functions. Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Excellent presentation skills.
