The Offline Channel Development Manager will lead the strategy, design, and growth of offline acquisition channels. This role focuses on building new offline marketing channels, improving on-ground execution through data and automation, and ensuring strong performance, compliance, and cost efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and effective offline acquisition initiatives.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Lead the strategy and design of offline acquisition channels to support business growth

  • Incubate new offline marketing channels, including ideation, business casing, requirements scoping, project oversight, and scale-up

  • Develop and oversee dashboards, attribution logic, prioritization methods, location profiling, and automation to improve efficiency and performance

  • Work closely with Compliance, Fraud Risk, Operational Risk, and Data Privacy teams to ensure all on-ground activities follow company policies and are fraud-free

  • Manage offline acquisition A&P budget, ensuring timely approvals and adherence to financial guardrails

  • Monitor daily KPIs and dashboards, and prepare regular performance and improvement reports

  • Present business, campaign, and financial results to stakeholders across different levels

We are looking for:

  • At least 5 years of experience in channel development, offline marketing for digital companies, or product design and marketing

  • Strong advantage if you have experience in data analytics

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects end-to-end

  • Solid background in brand strategy, on-ground marketing execution, product prototyping, rapid iteration, and funnel analysis

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at once

  • Creative and innovative mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving

  • Strong skills in data analysis and business metrics

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with marketing analytics tools
