The Account Manager for the Public Sector – Central Luzon is responsible for managing relationships with Local Government Units (LGUs) and driving the adoption of GCash solutions. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering solutions that support the financial and operational needs of government partners.

You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, present relevant products and services, and ensure strong partner relationships to achieve business growth.

You will be responsible for the following:

Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and pursue potential customers through direct engagement, networking, and relationship-building.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing deals.

  • Conduct product presentations and meetings with key decision makers and senior leaders.

  • Identify opportunities to position GCash products and services to meet partner needs.

Business Development:

  • Understand partner operations, financial transactions, and business processes to recommend relevant digital payment solutions.

  • Develop and present account-specific solutions using GCash products such as disbursements, online and offline payments, and cash-in services.

  • Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and deliver additional value to clients.

  • Develop programs and initiatives to help achieve sales and partnership targets.

Account Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with partners and respond promptly to inquiries and concerns.

  • Ensure customer issues are addressed within agreed service timelines.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns and escalate more complex issues when necessary.

  • Keep partners informed about new services, product updates, and promotions.

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular engagement meetings and business reviews with partners.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and grow the account.

Reporting & Market Insights:

  • Submit accurate and timely reports such as sales pipeline, account updates, and performance reviews.

  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

  • Recommend ideas to improve the sales process and strengthen the company’s market presence.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Results-driven with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage reports, pipelines, and client engagement activities.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with government agencies or the public sector.

  • Knowledge of digital payments or financial technology solutions.

  • Ability to speak Kapampangan is a plus.
