Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with LGUs and government agencies.
- Drive adoption of GCash’s digital services for disbursements, collections, and financial inclusion.
- Identify and onboard new LGUs and government offices for digitization initiatives, including disbursements, collections, and financial inclusion programs.
- Develop and execute account-specific strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Represent GCash in public sector meetings, workshops, and events.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and provide timely reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to for possible customization and implementation of solutions.
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback for product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management or business development (preferably in public sector or fintech).
- Familiarity with LGU operations in Region 2 and CAR.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel within the regions.
