Join our Sales Team and educate clients on the principles of the functioning of financial markets and encourage them to use OANDA's products.

How do we work?

Our Sales Outbound Team is international and we cooperate with clients all over the world. Your role will be located in Warsaw and a main focus will be on the EU26 market. We work in an on site model so we'd love to meet you in the office (Warsaw UNIT) with possibility for occasional remote work.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Building up positive relationships potential Clients

  • Acquire new OANDA's Clients from our internal base (leads generated by Marketing Team) via phone and email.

  • Identifying Clients needs and answering prospects questions concerning OANDA products and services

  • Working with New Accounts and AML teams to assist customers when completing all documents required to open an account.

  • Attending conferences and fairs

  • Meeting or exceeding sales performance targets

  • Resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Working with the CRM system (Sugar CRM / Salesforce)

  • Attending and contributing to sales meetings

  • Monitoring of the situation on financial markets

  • Working to ensure company policies, processes, procedures and standards are met

What skillset you need, to be successful in this role:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in phone-based Sales, Customer Service or similar experience

  • Passion and desire to work in sales

  • Excellent English and Spanish language written and oral communication skills are mandatory

  • Previous experience within the financial industry will be a plus

  • Ability to exceed personal and team target

  • Positive attitude

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams while remaining decisive and displaying sound judgment Desirable Degree-level education
