Work, Learn, Grow

You’ll be part of our global Sales Team offering a long-term, stable projects that offers plenty of room for growth. This is a chance to expand your skills and learn from experienced professionals while working on educating our Clients and encouraging them to use OANDA's products, with the main focus on the EU27 market. You will be providing timely support and driving sales within an exciting and fast paced environment.

We work in a hybrid model - we'd love to meet you in the office twice a week.

What You’ll Do?

  • Acquire new OANDA's Clients from our internal base (leads generated by Marketing Team) via phone and email.

  • Identify Clients needs and answer prospects questions concerning OANDA products and services.

  • Work with New Accounts and AML Teams to assist Customers when completing all documents required to open an account.

  • Attend conferences and fairs.

  • Meet or exceed sales performance targets.

  • Monitor of the situation on financial markets.

What Makes You a Good Fit?

  • Min.1 year of experience in phone-based roles in Sales, Customer Service or similar areas.

  • Passion and desire to work in Sales.

  • Fluent English and French or Italian.

  • Positive attitude.

  • Ability to cultivate meaningful relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have:

  • Good Polish.

  • Previous experience within the financial industry.

  • Working knowledge of Sugar / Salesforce.
