Calling all curious problem-solvers!- This is an assessment day (not a traditional interview) designed to challenge you and give a real taste of life at Wintermute.
- You’ll spend the evening solving practical, trading-inspired problems while learning from senior team members and meeting traders and other employees.
- You’ll explore the office, experience the culture, and see how the team thinks about markets.
- Free food, drinks, and Wintermute merch will be available throughout the evening.

- Top performers are invited to the in-person Assessment day before February 27 This is an in-person event, Wintermute will cover the train ticket costs within the UK
