Your role in our mission


We’re looking for a WFM Short-Term Planner Analyst to join our Workforce Management team.

You’ll develop short-term staffing forecasts and schedules for outbound and blended contact

center operations, with a strong focus on Collections. This role partners with Finance,

Operations, and vendor partners to ensure staffing meets both business and contractual needs.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Forecast call volumes and staffing needs using financial assumptions, dialer data, and historical trends.
  • Build and maintain schedules in WFM tools (e.g. NICE/IEX) and manage PTO/shift bids.
  • Analyze staffing plans and recommend adjustments to optimize efficiency and service levels.
  • Report on forecast accuracy, performance trends, and staffing outcomes for leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance service quality and cost objectives.


Skills that will help you thrive
  • 1+ years of experience in workforce management forecasting, or capacity planning role.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. A focus on Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or Business fields of study is preferred, but not required. High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience with outbound/collections forecasting strongly preferred.
  • Strong Excel or Sheets skills (macros/VBA a plus) SQL/Big Query/Tableau experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with WFM tools (NICE/IEX, Verint, Aspect, etc) and dialer systems (LiveVox preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical mindset, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

$50,000 - $68,000 a year
Compensation details: The salary for this position is $50,000 - $68,000 annually, plus bonus and generous benefits. In determining your salary, we will consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
