Join us as a Treasury Manager and help us optimize Qonto's corporate treasury operations as we scale. You'll play a crucial role in managing our payment establishment's treasury, ensuring optimal cash flow management and strategic allocation of funds across our corporate banking infrastructure.
As a Treasury Manager, you will work closely with Steve, our Treasury team lead, and join Raphaël and Alioune in a growing Treasury team. Your expertise will directly impact our ability to maintain operational excellence while supporting our rapid expansion in Europe.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Treasury Manager at Qonto, you will work on:
• Execute daily corporate treasury operations across multiple bank accounts to maximize returns and maintain optimal balances. Orchestrate payment processing and signatures, ensuring compliance with banking delegations and internal controls.
• Monitor and respond to operational alerts using structured problem-solving methodologies. Maintain and develop treasury controls and procedures to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying optimization opportunities and innovative solutions in treasury processes and recurring tasks (efficiency, reliability, and automation).
• Perform cash flow analysis and treasury reporting to support decision-making and optimize corporate fund allocation.
• Be responsible for internal coordination to manage short-term forecasts (payroll, accounting, operations…), and external banking partners (operational contacts, KYC, documentation, and agreement).
• Grow by supporting cross-functional projects related to cash management and payment operations, entity integration, and system migrations.

Your manager will be Steve, our Treasury Lead at Qonto.
• His path? Steve built his expertise through various treasury positions at major companies. He joined Qonto in 2021 as Senior Treasurer and was promoted to Treasury Lead, where he now manages a team of 3.
• What he can bring to you? Steve brings deep expertise in treasury management and process optimization. He excels at leading digital transformation initiatives and building strong relationships with stakeholders. His experience in managing complex treasury operations and driving innovation through technology makes him an ideal leader to support Qonto's growth and your professional development.
🏅 About You:
• Treasury operations experience: You have solid experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or payment operations, ideally within financial institutions, credit institutions, or SMEs with complex treasury operations
• Educational background: Degree in banking, corporate finance, or related field with a strong analytical and continuous improvement mindset
• Technical proficiency: Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), banking connectivity, and payment systems. You can work independently with treasury tools and banking solutions
• Cross-functional collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively with multiple internal stakeholders, manage external operational banking relationships, and coordinate complex treasury processes
• Analytical mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, ability to perform treasury calculations and analysis, and experience with reporting and documentation
