  • Metrics & Optimization: Track sourcing metrics (e.g., response rates, conversion to interviews) using ATS tools like Lever, and iterate on strategies to improve efficiency. Report on pipeline health and diversity goals.
  • Market Research: Stay ahead of tech hiring trends in fintech and AI, identifying emerging skills like ethical AI implementation or reconciliation automation tools.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience: 4+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting, with a focus on engineering, product, or R&D roles. Experience in SaaS, fintech, or AI-driven companies is a plus.
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., full-stack development, data engineering, AI/ML). Familiarity with tech stacks like Python, React, AWS, or SymPy for AI workflows.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Google for Jobs, GitHub) and ATS systems (e.g., Lever or Greenhouse).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; comfortable with cold outreach and virtual coffee chats.
  • Data-savvy with experience analyzing recruitment metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Passionate about tech innovation, resilient in a fast-paced environment, and committed to diversity. You're a problem-solver who enjoys turning "impossible" hires into reality.
