Technical Product Owner

-Collaborate with stakeholders to define initiative vision, strategy, and roadmap.
-Led the development and presentation of the business case.
-Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
-Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive landscapes.
-Collaborate with architects, engineering leads, platforms, and partners to design suitable solutions for the initiative.
-Help in evaluating tools and technologies to be used as part of the solution design/architecture.
-Develop execution strategy and maintain program backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
-Work closely with delivery teams to prioritize features and enhancements aligned to the execution strategy and timeline.
-Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
-Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
-Uphold a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering value and ensuring product satisfaction.
-Manages ad hoc tasks and projects assigned from time to time as needed by the business
-Champions creation and maintenance of initiative reference materials such as product decks, process memos, contracts, trade letters, dashboard / reports and other supplementary product materials

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS or MS in Technology Management or related discipline

• 8+ years of combined experience in product management, program/project management, engineering management, solutions and/or enterprise architecture, programming, and software design

• Experience scaled Agile framework a plus

• Exposure to DevOps: continuous integration, automated testing, cloud deployments, etc.

• Experience developing and implementing enterprise wide transformation initiatives a plus
