How do we work?
In the Global Talent Acquisition team, we are responsible for finding the best talent to join our company. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will be responsible for supporting candidate headhunting, building a strong talent pipeline and addressing hiring needs for OANDA offices mainly in the UK, Canada, Singapore and Poland. This involves proactively reaching out to and engaging both active and passive candidates through various social media channels and online platforms, reviewing applications and conducting initial pre-screening interviews.
We work in a hybrid model - We'd love to meet you in the office (Cracow, Zabłocie) twice a week with respect to your own commitments.

As our Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will:
Proactively reach out to potential candidates, making initial contact and sparking their interest in opportunities at OANDA.
Source suitable candidates by utilizing various social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn) to find and connect with prospective candidates.
Review resumes and conduct thorough pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Work in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to support hiring efforts.
Update candidate information in Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
Promote OANDA’s Employer Brand with candidate outreach and sharing content on LinkedIn as a part of Recruitment Branding activities.
Prepare reports on sourcing activities.
Work on advancing the sourcing strategy.
What skillset you need, to be successful in this role:
Proven experience (up to 1 year) in a recruitment team to make sure that you know the game!
Polish and English languages on the communicative level.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools supporting the recruitment process.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask, to recruit for various roles simultaneously.
Positive attitude, flexible nature and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Familiarity with Workday is beneficial.
