Job Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) plays a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and technical roles. This includes talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, candidate management, and delivering market intelligence to stakeholders.


As a strategic partner, the TAP will advise hiring managers on talent strategy, provide data-driven insights on the labor market, and ensure SAVii’s employer brand is consistently represented across all candidate interactions.


Beyond being a recruiter, the TAP is a brand ambassador and a trusted advisor, shaping first impressions, ensuring a positive candidate journey, and directly contributing to why top talent chooses SAVii. They will be recognized across the organization not only as an interviewer but as a key driver of growth and culture fit. Your Impact: What You’ll Do
  • Strategic Recruitment Execution. Lead the end-to-end hiring cycle: requisition intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Balance speed and quality of hires, ensuring delivery of both niche and volume roles across functions.
  • Talent Sourcing & Mapping. Leverage advanced sourcing methods (Boolean search, networking, headhunting, referrals, database tools) to build robust pipelines. Conduct talent mapping of relevant industries and competitors to proactively identify future talent pools.
  • Candidate Evaluation. Conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, culture fit, and organizational alignment. Partner with stakeholders to design assessment approaches where needed.
  • Stakeholder & Business Partnering. Build strong relationships with hiring managers through regular touchpoints, market updates, and advisory support. Serve as a trusted partner in workforce planning and hiring strategy, aligning TA with business goals.
  • Market Intelligence. Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity. Act as a recruitment advisor by presenting data-driven recommendations to leadership.
  • Candidate Experience. Champion an exceptional candidate journey from application through onboarding. Serve as the face of SAVii’s employer brand, ensuring consistency in tone, professionalism, and engagement.
  • Compliance & Due Diligence. Conduct background checks (character references, employment verification, education checks, gap analysis) to ensure compliance and hiring integrity.
  • Reporting & Metrics. Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, time-to-present, quality of hire, candidate feedback). Recommend process improvements based on data and trends.
  • Other Responsibilities. Support People initiatives as needed. Participate in employer branding, campus hiring, and special projects to strengthen SAVii’s talent pipeline.


What We’re Looking For: Skills & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in talent acquisition or recruitment (corporate and/or technical roles preferred).
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Adept at sourcing strategies, market mapping, and candidate assessment. Data-driven mindset with ability to generate insights from recruitment metrics.
  • Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, and aligned with SAVii’s culture of “Stronger Together.”
