As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will join a team of 20+ Talent Acquisition Managers in different subteams: Tech, Product, and Business (Corporate, Growth and Operations).


You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Managers. Your mission will be to support the team by working on several projects as well as hiring our intern profiles (and we have a lot). You will play a key role in the success of the team.


👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Qonto, you will


Hire our interns and apprentices: With the other TA intern, you will be responsible for hiring all our interns and apprentices across all our teams and departments through CV screening and sourcing;

Help Talent Acquisition Managers: You will help analyze the labour market to find relevant candidates for critical senior roles, depending on our needs;

Make the process more efficient: You will identify pain points and think about potential improvements;

Support our Talent Acquisition strategy: You will help on several continuous improvement projects (e.g. campus management, perk and salary benchmarks, tools improvements, etc).



🤝 About your future Manager


• After getting his Master's in Human Resource Development from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, Aurelien kicked off his career in executive search, working across France and Europe. This experience gave him a solid foundation in finding and attracting the right people for various sectors.

• As Head of Talent Acquisition since July 2023, Aurelien manages a team of over 20 people, all focused on hiring top-notch worldwide talents as quickly as the company needs them.

• By working with him, you’ll be with someone who’s not only experienced but also passionate about making recruitment smoother and more effective. He’s all about getting the right people in the right spots to help Qonto grow even bigger.

Organisational skills: You are hands-on and able to multitask and prioritise your daily workload with autonomy;

Problem solver: Nothing can stop you!

Communication skills: You have an impactful presentation style; you will represent Qonto, and you have outstanding communication & interpersonal skills;

Languages: You speak both French and English;

Education: You have or are pursuing a French Master's or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management or in a relevant field, and are looking for your end-of-study internship.
