Our mission and customers

Our platform simplifies banking and finance management for SMEs today, so that they can build their tomorrow. We offer a finance management platform with banking at its core, augmented by financial tools. We are proud to be rated 4.8 on Trustpilot, based on 53,000+ reviews.

Our culture puts customer satisfaction at the core of what we do, as proven by our Net Promoter Score of 75. This level of satisfaction is far above typical traditional banking scores, often ranging from 3 to 12, sometimes even lower.

Our journey

Founded in 2017 by Alexandre and Steve, Qonto has grown to 1,600+ Qontoers serving over 600,000 customers across 8 European countries: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, Belgium, and the Netherlands. We have been profitable since 2023, and we are just getting started as we want to become the indisputable European leader in SME finance management.

Our beliefs

We hire for skills and potential. With 80+ nationalities, 45% women, and 56% of women in our leadership team, diversity is simply part of who we are.

We've built a discrimination-free hiring process because we believe the best teams are built on merit.

AI at Qonto

We see AI as a catalyst for our success 👉🏻 "AI at Qonto - Vision Statement"

We always choose thinking over routine. That's why AI is already deeply embedded in how we work - not as a trend, but as a way to raise the bar for the entrepreneurs who count on us. That is why we grant our Qontoers unlimited access to the best AI tools on the market - Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Dust, and Notion AI.

We want people who experiment without waiting for permission. Who push AI beyond the obvious. Who know when to trust it and, more importantly, when to question it.

Already pushing AI limits? You'll fit right in.

Mission At Qonto, we simplify business banking for SMEs and freelancers across Europe. Within our Banking Operations Payments team, your mission is to support our procurement and supply chain operations end-to-end. You will take ownership of the operational flows for our physical assets (cards, payment terminals, packaging) to ensure we never run out of stock, so that whenever a customer orders a card, they receive it flawlessly.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Supply Chain Manager Apprentice at Qonto, you will

  • Update and track stock: Monitor inventory levels via Google Sheets to guarantee data accuracy and zero out-of-stock situations across our European markets.
  • Handle procurement & orders: Support internal stakeholders with purchase requests, match quotes with invoices, and follow up on order placements and deliveries.
  • Manage incidents: Resolve delivery issues and manage client/provider anomalies efficiently by coordinating directly with external partners.
  • Optimize & analyze: Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, propose efficiency improvements, and support cost optimization initiatives.
  • Contribute to processes: Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for supply chain workflows to document and scale our logistics processes.

🤔 What you can expect

  • Market/Team Context: You will gain hands-on exposure to supply chain operations in a fast-paced European scale-up environment, interacting heavily with internal teams (Ops Engineers, Design, Finance, Legal) and external vendors.
  • Methodologies & Tools: We encourage a highly analytical and structured approach to operations. We rely on Google Sheets, Notion, and strongly encourage the smart use of AI tools like Claude and Notion AI to optimize daily workflows.
  • Examples of successful projects: You will be actively involved in the widening scope of our supply chain, including strategic discussions on the rollout of new card designs and new payment terminal initiatives.
  • Practical details: This is a 1 to 2-year Alternance starting in August or September, based in Paris, ideally on a weekly rotation rhythm (e.g., 3 days Qonto / 2 days school).

🤝 About your future manager Your manager will be Saad, our Senior Supply Chain Manager, who currently owns the entire Supply Chain scope for physical assets at Qonto.

  • His background: Saad brings an impressive track record of scaling operations in fast-paced, hyper-growth environments. Before joining Qonto, he built his expertise on the ground at top-tier scale-ups: launching cities for UberEats, managing operations at Gorillas, and leading the Paris market for Dance.
  • What he brings to the team: A deeply analytical and hands-on operational mindset. He knows exactly how to build and scale delivery and supply chain processes from the ground up under high pressure. He is dedicated to mentoring you, sharing his extensive field expertise, and helping you build strong, practical foundations in supply chain management.

🏅 About You

  • Education: You are an M1 student pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, or a strongly analytical field.
  • Languages: You speak and write both French and English fluently at a professional level.
  • Operational Excellence: You have a structured mindset, extreme attention to detail, and are highly comfortable with operational follow-up and cross-functional coordination.
  • Analytical mindset: You are at ease with data and spreadsheet tools (Excel/Google Sheets; any BI tooling is a plus) to track, forecast, and structure information.
  • Problem solver: You are proactive, rigorous, and enjoy improving how things work, especially when resolving delivery issues or bottlenecks.

At Qonto we understand that true diversity isn't just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist. Apply regardless of the boxes you tick! Who knows? You may have the missing piece of the puzzle we've been searching for all along.
