The Superapp Category Manager leads the strategy, management, and development of the Category working with partners across the industry to grow the portfolio, bringing compelling products within the GCash app and leading the creation of exclusive assets that engage users and unlock revenue opportunities.
The Superapp Category Manager will drive the strategy for the category and key products and work closely with internal GCash teams to create value for the entire category and value chain by creating opportunities for user engagement, customer acquisition, retention and resurrection. KRAs will be user base and engagement rate within the category, category and cross-category revenues, increase in UCD, etc.
You will be responsible for the following:
Defines the end-to-end category and/or product strategy and roadmap and manages the operations of the category and associated P&L
Manages key external partner and stakeholder relationships for the category
Drives the user experience and product enhancements, ensuring timely and successful delivery of builds
Creates and maintains a pipeline of exciting campaigns and promotions
Interfaces with Marketing and Growth teams to ensure effective implementation of campaigns
Understands Partner business objectives, facilitates Business Reviews and joint business plans to create value
Closely tracks and analyses product performance data to guide strategy execution
Leads specific internal projects for platform and category development as required
Establishes documentation and processes to effectively scale portfolio
